1. SPECIALISATION It makes sense to specialise and recruitmentworks only consults in the areas where its Directors and Consultants have direct experience and expertise. Currently we specialise in the areas of Sales, Sales Support, Business Support and Senior Management.
2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE All of our Directors and Consultants work together as a Team to ensure the highest quality, and most appropriate, Candidates are presented to our Clients for consideration. In most instances, our Directors and/or Consultants have had "hands-on" experience actually working in the roles that they recruit for.
3. QUALITY All candidates are thoroughly Reference Checked and we have access to a comprehensive range of specialised assessment tools, administered by qualified and experienced Organisational Psychologists, that can be specifically designed for the type of role the Candidate is being considered for. Both of these steps ensure that once your decision is made you can feel confident that you have selected an appropriate Candidate.
4. SECURITY We take the initial risk out of your recruitment decisions by providing a three month Replacement Guarantee* with all of our Candidates. In the unfortunate event that a Candidate placed by us, and employed by you, leaves or is released, for any reason other than retrenchment within the first three months of their official start date, we guarantee to replace that Candidate with an equally qualified and potentially more suitable Candidate at no additional charge.
5. VALUE While, ideally, the rate charged by a recruitment company should never be THE major factor in deciding who a Company should deal with for their employment services, the fact of the matter is that businesses today are very bottom line focused and need to trim costs wherever they can.
In a market where, historically, Clients have been held to ransom by recruitment companies and forced to pay exorbitant fees, recruitmentworks provides extremely competitively priced, Value for Money recruitment services regardless of the seniority of the position recruited for or the level of remuneration offered.

In Addition - we do not 'push' expensive newspaper advertising (just to promote our Brand!). recruitmentworks does not try to "push" expensive Print Advertising onto its Clients as the "best" way to attract quality Candidates. In fact, the majority of our placements are made using inexpensive, but highly effective, Internet advertising (which we pay for) and our significant, existing Candidate Database and Referral Network(s).
If a Client chooses to utilise Print Advertising as part of their Recruitment Campaign, we take responsibility for organising and managing all aspects of any advertising that the Client authorises, and pass on any and all special "Industry" advertising rates where appropriate.
We DO NOT receive any commissions or kickbacks from our Advertising Agency or Media Company, nor do we add any margin on top of the Advertising costs.

At recruitmentworks, we constantly strive to improve our performance and processes. Here is our latest recruitment procedure, as refined over many years in the industry, designed to deliver a consistent, high quality result, EVERY time.
If the recruitment company you are currently using is not doing all these things, what are you paying for?
1. Provide Client with detailed description of recruitmentworks and our Service 2. Gain an understanding of Client's needs 3. Explain Consulting Agreement and Terms of Service and, if Client is happy to proceed with recruitmentworks, 4. Have Client Authorise the Consulting Agreement and initial the "Terms of Service" 5. Client nominates Charity to receive recruitmentworks Donation on completion of Assignment 6. Take Assignment Brief (acquire Position Description if available) 7. Create "Hard Copy" of Assignment Brief 8. Send Assignment Brief to Client for feedback; and amendment where necessary 9. Draft Ad Copy (for "On Line" Advertisement) 10. Post Ad Copy to Internet Job Board(s) 11. Draft Interview Questions 12. Receive, and Individually review and evaluate, inbound Candidate Applications 13. Perform internal Database search for potentially suitable Candidates 14. Brief (and Network with) other recruitmentworks Consultants to widen the search for potentially suitable Candidates 15. Initially: Telephone Interview Candidates identified as "Potentially Suitable" 16. Then: Interview (Face to Face) Candidates identified as "Potentially Suitable" 17. Create "Short List" 18. Make recommendations to Client; for Client Interviews 19. Present Client with Shortlisted Candidates and their Resumes 20. If requested by Client: Conduct Reference Checks on selected Candidate 21. Provide detailed Referee feedback to Client regarding selected Candidate 22. Make Verbal Offer to Candidate, on Client's behalf 23. Present Formal Offer (in writing) to Candidate, on Client's behalf, and manage process 24. As required, follow up with Candidate to ensure start is made 25. On receipt of Client's Invoice Payment - Deliver recruitmentworks Donation to Charity 26. Follow up Candidate at end of first week of new position and provide feedback 27. Follow up Candidate at end of first month of new position and provide feedback to Client 28. Keep in touch with both Client and Candidate - On Going!
Please Note: Should the Candidate/New Employee leave the Company (for any reason other than retrenchment or Company restructure) prior to them completing service, recruitmentworks will perform all the "recruitment" tasks above, inorder to find a potentially more suitable Candidate, at no charge to the Client*.
