They also have a significant Dealer Network that they are committed to and this Internal Recruitment position is about supporting that Dealer Network through the sourcing and securing of New Company Sales Representatives to “sit” within their businesses.
Due to the number of Dealers that make up this network, and the natural attrition that is associated with typical staff turnover, this role is a busy, and fast paced, one! You will be working closely with a Team of Dealer Support Managers, who are ultimately responsible for these Sales Representatives, and they will support you in your efforts in order to achieve mutually beneficial results.
Because of the nature of the positions you will be recruiting for, ideally you will have current and/or previous experience recruiting Sales People specifically. You also need to be an excellent communicator, highly motivated, and able to deal with people at varying levels and from a wide variety of backgrounds.
