Servicing the Building, Construction and Home Handyman markets, they pride themselves on having Quality Hire Equipment and the knowledge to correctly advise, and assist, their Clients with their needs.
Due to ongoing and continued growth, an opportunity currently exists for an Internal Hire Equipment Rental & Customer Service person to join the Team at their Hire Centre near Chadstone.
As you would expect, the person we seek needs to have a good working knowledge of the wide range of Equipment typically used in the Building and Construction industry. From Sanders to Scissor Lifts, this company’s range is expansive and in order to be successful in the role, you need to know what these tools are and have a reasonable understanding of how they work.
All Customer enquiry is “Inbound”, either by telephone or “Walk In”, so you will not be required to try and “Find” business through Cold Calling or anything like that! Your role will be to attend to, and look after, the Customers that come to you!
This is a very “Hands On” role, so in addition to providing Sales & Customer Service “In Store”, you will be required to help out with Deliveries, minor Equipment Servicing & Cleaning and other odd jobs from time to time. As you will be moving Equipment around, you will need to be able to lift items up to a potential weight of about 50kg.
